• Orders & Payments: All orders are subject to availability and approval. Babllu Jewellers reserves the right to accept or cancel any order. Payments are accepted via secure modes such as UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Razorpay.

Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled on the same day before processing. Custom-made or personalized jewellery orders cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy: Refund is applicable only if Wrong product received or Damaged product received. Claims must be reported within 24 hours with opening-video proof.

4. Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage: Babllu Jewellers ships all over India with insured packaging.

Shipping Time: Ready stock: 2–5 business days. Custom jewellery: 7–15 business days.

Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen conditions. Babllu Jewellers is not responsible for courier delays.
